Joanna was amazing from start to finish! Although we were searching for a home in the Clifton Park area it always felt like she was right next door to us. Timing is everything in this crazy market and if we told Joanna we were interested in seeing a particular home she was setting it up before I hardly had time to put my phone down. She even made multiple trips in the same day when another house hit the market that we didn’t know about earlier in the day AND called us from her vacation on EASTER because the home we wanted was available. She made us feel like we were her most important clients and she TOTALLY understood our needs and wants….sometimes better than we did! I truly don’t believe we would have found and purchased our dream home if not for Joanna.

I would highly recommend Joanna to anyone and would work with no one else but her should we be in the market for an agent again.

Joanna was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was honest, knowledgable, and able to find me a home in the perfect location with my tight budget in a competitive market. Joanna was available to answer questions and offer support at any time of day, which I appreciated since this was my first home purchase. Joanna continues to go above and beyond when it comes to locating real estate around the area that we live in. She's very informative yet doesn't pressure us into making any decisions. When we have questions and or concerns she's right their to help answer them in,a timely matter. Very professional

When I was looking to become a first time homebuyer, Joanna was recommended to me as an honest realtor that would help me find the right home in my budget. We spoke on the phone and I gave her some thoughts I had, and within a few days we met to look at our first house. That house was pulled off the market, but Joanna called with another listing she thought I would like shortly thereafter. We toured the house and it was perfect for all of our needs. Joanna helped every step of the way and was quick to respond to my many questions. She was very respectful of our budget and helped me navigate being a first time buyer. We love our new home and would recommend Joanna to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I just wanted to thank you so very much for all the hard work you put into the sale of my house. You are an awesome agent and worked really hard to get my house sold. And you did it so quickly!! You listened to me from day one as to what I wanted the outcome to be, put in the work to get my house out there, held open houses every weekend for a month and spread the word amongst other agents in the area.. There isn't anything more that you could have done and you got it sold faster than I thought possible. You were there for me throughout the whole process and helped get things coordinated with the attorneys, the other realtor and the buyer. You are an awesome person who is there for her clients. Joanna came recommended to me from my mortgage lender, Homestead Funding. As a first time homebuyer I wasn’t sure what to expect from a realtor. I went into it expecting to be pushed into a sale quickly just so the realtor could make a sale and move on, but it was not the case at all. Joanna actually takes the time to find the right home for you. She was available any time I had a question or wanted to talk to her about anything. There was never a shortage of homes to look at with Joanna. She sent me dozens of listings and would schedule viewings of any homes I was interested in from those emails. Joanna was AMAZING! This house sale was very challenging due to issues with the seller's and Joanna fought for us all the way until the end, even from the hospital bed after the birth of her daughter!! She was always available to answer ANY questions we had, and we had a lot, as well as texting late into the night! We can't say enough about Her. We have a friend for life!! If you're lucky enough to have her as your realtor you'll feel the same way!!
